100,000 makeup

if i was given 100,000 dollars and had to donate half of it, I would donate it to the ALS association. The ALS association is a foundation set up to help people with Lou Gehrig's disease. Lou Gehrig's disease is a very debilitating disease, it withers a persons body away until its nothing. I've had a first hand experience with this disease. My old football coach, Coach Kelly, lived with this disease as long as he could. He was a strong man, both in body and mind. But this disease didn't break coach. He stayed strong, and proactive in life. He passed over a year ago, but its still fresh in everyones mind. He had a big impact on my life, he watched me grow into who i am now. So i need to give what i can, so no one else has to watch this happen. Then i would pay for parts for my car, I would pay for college, and maybe some housing somewhere. I would manage it the right way and not blow it on impulse.

coat of arms

my coat of arms has an all seeing eye on it with one estoile on each side. The all seeing eye says that i can see through lies, and that i know truth. The estoile means celestial goodness and noble person. The banner on my shield says evolving mindset meaning that my ideals and values change constantly based on my experiences. The colors are gold which means generosity and elevation of the mind, Blue which means truth and loyalty, and green which stands for hope, and joy. There is also Yew on each side that stands for death and eternal life thereafter, And a bat that stands for awarness of the powers of darkness and chaos.

im writing to you from bradenton, florida.

I just wanted to thank you guys for being there defending us. You lifesavers, literally. You have dedicated yourself to something bigger than you and i totally respect that. Everyone back in the states is watching and waiting for all of our troops return home. You guys sacrafice so much for our country and its not going unnoticed.

I have family in the war so i know how your family must feel. being out of contact with your family must be tough. My family is one of my biggest support groups. Without them i would be lost.

I hope everyone will be brought home soon. Thank you for what you have done, and for whats to come in the future.

what im grateful for

well since it's almost thanksgiving its time to tell what we are thankful for. I'm thankful for everything i have. My family, friends, and possessions. I'm not materialistic by any means but what i do have i Cherish. Im thankful for my mom and dad for being who they are because they have made me who i am.

Hero.....

My hero is definitely going to be my mom. My mom has made her fair share of mistakes, but haven't we all. My mom is a very strong, and loving person. She lives for today, and plans for tomorrow. She has seen the brightest side of life, and she has stared death in the eye. I look up to her because she is the only person in the world who has never frowned upon me. She is always the one who brings me back to reality. She does everything she can for me and my brother and i couldn't thank her enough for that. Even though we fight, scream, and hate, We still are family and thats all that matters at the end. She will always be there and that is what makes her my mom.

Reflection

Doing the imovie project has taught me how to use imovie. The program is relatively easy to use and is pretty user friendly. There are many easy to use ways that you can edit your movie to make it just how you want. My movie came out pretty good. It didn't take me to long either.

I don't really know what else to say. Its hard to write 15 lines about something uninteresting.

Most evil

I think the most evil character in Macbeth has to be lady Macbeth. Lady Macbeth is very sly. She pressures Macbeth into doing the deed and then badgers him to hide what he has done. Macbeth killing Duncan is totally out of Macbeth's character. It was Lady Macbeth's original idea. She is very conniving and seems to get her way. I think that she ultimately isn't worried about weather Macbeth comes into power. Instead she is worried about her own ranking in the world. This deed will advance her and Macbeth alike.

30 lines

We have to write 30 lines about a topic this week so I am going to write about how I am an agnostic, and how that doesn't change me. I don't believe in god. It's something that I am not afraid to let people know. The definition of agnostic is

the view that the question of the existence or nonexistence of a deity or deities and the nature of ultimate reality is unknowable by reason of our natural inability to verify any experience with anything but another subjective experience. A strong agnostic would say, "I cannot know whether a deity exists or not, and neither can you."

Im not a different person because i don't believe in god. Im just unwilling to put all of my hope and faith into someone other than myself. I believe in myself, and myself only because in actuality, I am the only person that really matters in my life. That may sound selfish but its the truth. In the end you live for yourself, because if you live for someone else you will never achieve true happiness. I believe in myself, i know who i am and i know that no one on this earth can change me.

I think that many people need a reason for existence. Some people just can't handle the fact that we are animals, here for no other purpose other than to evolve, survive, and reproduce. The fact that there very existence is irrelevant to the survival of man hurts them. Im my eyes, God is just a way to explain the unexplainable. How the earth formed, and man, are among the many wonders that are accredited to god. But science shows otherwise.

Many people let the church lead there lives. The church forms there sense of right and wrong for them, and i think that is crazy. How can a book define you.

D school ?

Bayshore has received a D as a school grade for the past 3 years. Do you feel this is an accurate assessment of our school, our students, our teachers and our administrators? If you were principal, what steps would you take to improve our school grade? How would you motivate everyone to try harder and work more? What things need to change? What things need to be added?

Our school receiving a D the last 3 years i think is an inaccurate assessment of our school. I think that Bayshore has many very bright kids, but the other people weigh them down. I think that to many kids in our school don't care enough to try on the FCAT and in school. Which in turn brings down the people who try there best and care about school. I think that there are some weak teachers in our school but for the most part we have a good teaching staff. As a principal i don't really know what i would do. Our administrators have tried many different things to try and get kids to care about there scores and to try on the FCAT, But for the most part have come up short. I think that bribing a kid to do his or her work is ridiculous. They should be motivated enough to want to better themselves and to do good with there life. I don't think that there is anything we can really do to motivate kids who aren't already motivated. Some people are just helpless.

What if.....

What if... I lived in Europe. I think that i would be a lot more open to different things in the world. I think that people that live in Europe generally accept more things than Americans do. I know that i would definitely be culturally different and my view points would be different. My family life would be more family oriented. Its kind of obvious that everything would be different.

freshman..

So, you want to be a successful freshman ay?

well being a freshman is pretty hard. High School is a whole new experience for you. With all the new faces and teachers, its hard not to get stuck in this jungle. The best advice i can give any new freshman is to focus, focus, focus. Keep up with your school work cause it will definitely pay off in the long run. It will open doors to better opportunities, and much more respect from your teachers and piers alike. Plus the self satisfaction of achieving greatness is indescribable. Making friends and being popular is definitely a factor in enjoying your high school life, but education shouldn't take a back seat to popularity. Friends come and go, but an education will always be with you. Another valuable piece of advice i would like to give you is do not give in to pier pressure. Drugs are a very real part of

high school. People will ask you to party, and get drunk. They will pressure you until you crack. The only way to counter this is to ke

ep a level head and not let there influences skew your views on right and wrong. Be your own person, and not who they want you to be.

For my senior year i just really want to focus on graduating. I want to go to college and lead a successful life. I have goals and aspirations just like everyone else but i am living my life now, enjoying my senior year. Being a senior is a very exciting time in our lives. One that i never though would come, but is going by way to fast. I am ready but scared to start my life on my own.

I want to stay home for my first few years of college. I can work and save money for when i move out. So that means that i will be attending SCF or A.K.A the University of Bradenton. I want to eventually major in Mechanical Engineering and work in New England.

Planning for my future is all i can do now, the rest comes in time.
